Brief:
bol.com asked Altavia Unite to support the online store’s various departments in developing large-scale campaigns, including producing campaign materials and organising events. And of course, everything needed to be in line with the brand’s corporate identity and recognisable tone-of-voice.
Solution:
At Altavia Unite, new partnerships start with thorough brainstorming on the assignment content. We use the obtained insights to start developing a brand image and a concept for visual quotes. We further developed bol.com’s existing styling, including developing on and offline campaign materials and rolling out an activation campaign.
Result:
More consistency in bol.com campaign resources. We worked with the client’s in-house team to harmonise the huge quantities of campaign materials. We also proposed a fixed pricing menu and established a hybrid partnership model. This means that bol.com always works with the right team, has more insight on costs and there’s a fixed contact person for each contract.
